Make the menu dynamic depending on resolution on client browser

Is it possible to make the navigationlayout in New-UDDashboard permanent och temporary depending on which resolution the client browser has. Lets say I´m coming from a phone. Then I wan´t the menu to be hidden and only show the hanmburger icon.
