Portal page and roles not working

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 5.4.4

I have created a Portal Page and set the roles with “User”, this has a few scripts loaded, each script has the role set to user as well. When I have an account with only the user role, they can see the page but when they click on it, the page is blank. If I set the role to administrator, it works fine.
