Background image Powershell Universal 4.4.1

Hey there, i want to add an background image in my Dashboard but when i add it with New-UDImage -Path C:\PowershellUniversal\foto\achtergrond.png it pushes all my other elements out of the way so this picture would fit



… I want to put this image behind all the other elements as background but i have no clue how to do that…
