WS-Federation sign out issue

I have ADFS Authentication working digging through the forums w/o many issues. The problem is that once a user is authenticated and logs out of PSU we are getting the error message “No Sign-out Authentication Handler is registered for the scheme ‘OpenIdConnect’ The registered sign-out schemes are: Identity.External, Cookies, WsFederation.” . The issue is only for ADFS authenticated users. When I configure for Windows/AD Authentication NO ISSUE… when I configure for only Local Accounts, NO ISSUE. Only happens for ADFS Authenticated Users…Anyone got a resolution to fix/resolve.
