PSU 5.0.5 duplicate app entries after server restart

Not exactly sure how I “achieved” this, but while “playing” with 5.0.5 it shows duplicate entries for the same apps.
I am sure I only created them once.
This happened now twice, after a server restart.

I have deleted the duplicates (the ones listed last) and restarted.
All looks good again.

I’ve opened an issue for this. I haven’t reproduced it myself but will keep an eye out.
