V 5 after upgrade Apps appear to not honor the Disable auto start setting

After i successfully upgraded to v5 using the 5.0.1 msi package all of my apps appeared to function correctly. However, they all started. Even the ones that had Disable Auto Start set. I tried toggling the setting off and on again but every time i restart the PU service all apps start up. The switch is set on the entries in the dashboards.ps1 file. It just seems like it is not being honored.
