Empty pushes to Gitea repository?

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 4.3.4

I have connected Powershell Universal to a Gitea Repository and the Sync interval is the default value (1 Minute?)
Gitea shows all the empty pushes, every minute, even though there have been no changes or commits. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way to ignore/stop empty pushes?
