Old license keeps coming back after reboots

I had replaced an expiring license with a new one, back in October, and every time I reboot the server, the old license re-appears in the UI and then every 5 minutes there’s an error about it failing to activate that old license.



Then I go into Settings > License, delete the old one and that stops the errors until the next reboot.

The .universal.code.configuration.universal\licenses.ps1 only shows one license.
Where might that old license be stored in?
