IIS Site doesnt load or run on schedule

I just migrated my PS UD instance to a new server. I am sure I missed something but can’t think of what.

When I first load the dashboard in the morning it errors out. When I reload it loads correctly. This goes for the admin page and dashboards. Additionally, schedules aren’t running. We have something scheduled to run at 12:05AM and it doesn’t work. If I schedule something to run in the next few minutes it will work.

Is there an IIS timeout or something I need to look at?
