Critical PSU 4.2.15 Dashboards Loading Error

Hello,

When I block internet access to my production universal server, I cant start any dashboard, and get an error 500.

When I allow the internet connection the dashboard is up and running without any error.

Due to regulatory Im not allow to provide an internet access to any of my servers.
