Module "Universal" is not signed

Due to having software restrictions in place at my workplace, the module “Universal” is blocked by AppLocker due to not being signed. It would be nice to get it signed, so that we can whitelist it properly

Relevant error:

Import-Module: Could not load file or assembly ‘C:\Users\x\y\z\PowerShell\Modules\universal\4.2.14\UniversalDashboard.dll’. This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator. (0x800704EC)
