PU 5.0.0-beta1 speed

I don’t know what optimization have developers done in 5.0.0-beta1 version of PU but it is insanely fast

its not about admin console. (but yes its faster)
its about powershell apps - they are twice as fast as in 4.2.12 (and and 4.x version was speed up already compared to 3.x)
I’m not totally sure of specific improvements we made to PowerShell apps in v5 but it could just be .NET\PS7.4 improvements.
