Windows and Local Auth Logins

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 3.9.13

I currently use 'Set-PSUAuthenticationMethod -Type “Windows”, auth set on my authentication.ps1 file. Recently Mac users have been trying to access PSU but cannot. I attempted to try getting Windows and local user accounts working, however I am failing miserably. The Macs are on our Windows domain, what is the best method to give them access and not break things in place with the Windows auth options?
