Unable to upgrade PSU from 3.8.12 to 3.10 or 4.x

Hello! I’m having an issue trying to upgrade our PSU installation. I’m using the kestrel web server and a zip installation. I have a script I run to upgrade which I’ve been using for 2 years or so, never had any issues. Now after I replace Program Files (x86)\Universal with the new files the PSU service will start and remain running, but there is no web interface available. The logs at C:\ProgramData\PowerShellUniversal do not have any helpful info thus far.
