Cant reach Admin page in 4.2.2 (Windows Auth)

Accessing the admin page after 4.2.2, just loops between showing “Powershell universal is loading” and refreshing every second.

Logs does not show anything interesting.
browser console shows a lot of 401’s though




Pages other than Admin can be access fine
