Unable to Create Access Controls

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 4.0.8

Recently updated to v4.0.8 and noticed I am unable to create new access controls in the GUI.

When selecting the control type, role, or access type nothing happens. Might see a quick flash of the dropdown menu but quickly disappears.

Also noticed the following in the logs when the Create Access Control window is up. Appears to be attempting a lookup but isn’t quite working.
