Event Hub Not Connecting

Connect-PSUEventHub Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

I cleared the db and any other previous data from PSU on this system.
I followed the steps from here “Event Hubs - PowerShell Universal” however it does not want to work. I have tested a few small things out but It doesn’t want to work.

If anyone had this error before and fixed it could you let me know. I looked through the logs but didn’t see anything useful.Product: PowerShell Universal
