After migrations, "unlock" via app are not working.

Good morning.

It has been awhile since I have had to log in to the forums. When I did, the system automatically (like it should) sent me a verification to my cellphone via the Workspace app.

However, it is now just 'locking up' when I unlock my phone via thumbprint, which has always worked in the past.

I left it sitting at this screen for about 90 seconds with no change.
