User Creation Slowness

A delay of 30 to 120 seconds when creating users is not what we would normally expect, so I would like to gather a bit more information to better understand where the delay is occurring.
I see from the screenshot that you are currently using Devolutions Server 2026.1.12.0.

Could you please confirm the following?

1. Which authentication method are you using for these users? For example: local users, Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, etc.
2. Does the delay only happen when creating a new user, or does it also occur when opening or refreshing Administration > Users?
3. Approximately how many users and groups are configured in the environment?
4. Does this happen for all administrators, or only for specific admin accounts?
5. Is the delay present with different browsers or from directly on the Devolutions Server host?

If possible, please also confirm whether the user is eventually created successfully every time, or whether the operation sometimes fails or times out.

We are currently investigating the slowness during user creation and have identified what we believe to be the root cause.
A ticket has been opened on our side, and our team is actively working on a fix.
