Permission Report for entries inside a Vault

Making this request on behalf of a client.

He would like a Report similar to the "Vault Permissions" report, but for Entries within a vault directly.

The goal would be to use this report in order to see which Users have been granted permissions at the entry level directly, without having to check each entry individually.
