Password renewal via browser extension

It would be great if website passwords could be changed easily, as it's currently very confusing and not straightforward. Thank you.

Hi,

Is your browser extension connected to Remote Desktop Manager, Devolutions Hub, or Devolutions Server?

What type of credentials are you using?
Custom, Linked (vault), Linked (external vault), Inherited, My Personal Credentials, Find by Name (user vault), Privileged Account, or My Privileged Account. (https://docs.devolutions.net/rdm/commands/edit/entry-credentials-options/)

If you are connected to Devolutions Hub or Devolutions Server, the process is the same as in the web interface, Remote Desktop Manager, or the Workspace Desktop and Mobile apps: Go to the entry overview and click the Pencil/Edit icon.

To help us improve the user experience, could you tell us which part of the edit process feels confusing or not straightforward to?

Best regards,

Hi,

I'm referring to changing or renewing my tenancy agreements from the browser extension (connected to Devolutions Hub). Currently, it gives the option to view them, and a pencil icon appears that redirects to the website https://<tenant>.devolutions.app/on-behalf-of, but it doesn't open. I don't know if it's possible to do it like other extensions such as Keeper, which changes/renews tenancy agreements directly from the extension without opening a website or program.

Thank you.

Hi,

When you say it doesn’t open, do you mean it stays in a loading state? If you log out, log back in through the extension, and then try editing it again, does it open and work properly?

We will investigate the ability to change or renew tenancy agreements directly from the extension.

Best regards,

Hi,

It gets stuck on the loading state. I logged out and logged back in, and now it works.

I hope you'll soon find a way to do it directly from the extension.

Thank you.
