Devolutions Send missing from Tools menu

Devolutions Send should be accessible from the Tools menu in RDM Linux, as it is in RDM Windows.

Current behavior
Devolutions Send is available on Windows under Tools, but it is not present/visible in the Linux Tools menu (observed with a non-ribbon menu layout).

Expected behavior
Devolutions Send should appear and be usable from Tools on Linux (or an equivalent discoverable location), consistently across UI layouts.

Why it matters / impact
Feature discoverability and parity issue; users assume it’s missing/broken.
