Disable export functionality for users's personal vault.

A quick question about this request, what is the need behind it? Did you know that you can "disable" the ability to create user vaults (This could maybe simply eliminate the need)?

In parallel, I will create an internal ticket for this and discuss it with the team.

Per our security policies we do not allow users to make exports of such data, that's why we would like to disable this.
We worked with lastpass before and they had a "prohibit export" policy which we had enabled for users.

Disabling the ability to create users vaults is no option in our use case :).
