Devolutions Change Account Mail Address not possible

Dear all,

I cannot find the option the change the mail address in the Devolutions-Account. I can change all other settings but not my mail-address. How to change it?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Changing the email address of an existing Devolutions Account is not supported. For security reasons, email change requests are no longer processed, so there is no option in the Portal to update it.

To use a different email address, please create a new Devolutions Account with the desired address and then transfer your data as needed.
