Devolutions Launcher Crash

Hello,

Some computers in our company run Windows 10 1809 and 21H2. I installed Devolutions Launcher version 2025.3.27 on these computers. The application works correctly on computers with Windows 10 1809, but I'm getting errors on computers with 21H2. When I checked Event Viewer, I saw a kernelbase.dll issue and exception code 0xc0000602. Have you encountered a similar situation before?

Hello,

Windows 10 21H2 is not the latest version of Windows 10.
The latest (and final) release is Windows 10 22H2.

Windows 10 21H2 reached end of servicing in June 2023 for Home and Pro editions. As a result, it may be missing OS-level fixes or runtime components required by newer applications.
We recommend:

  • Updating the affected machines to Windows 10 22H2
  • Retesting Devolutions Launcher after the update


If the issue persists on a fully up-to-date system, please provide:

  • The complete Application Error event from Event Viewer
  • Any available crash dump generated at the time of the crash


This will help us investigate the kernelbase.dll exception (0xc0000602) further.
