This issue seems to happen only on my instance on Zorin OS 17.3 This doesn't happen on Windows 11.

I will open up a website in RDM and then switch to Brave Browser and eventually if my focus is away from RDM long enough, the website tabs in RDM will freeze up and the only thing I can do is crash out of RDM and relaunch it.

Currently running 2025.3.1.1 version of RDM.

We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue internally.

To help us investigate, could you please answer the following questions:

  1. Does it happen only when a Website entry is opened?
    1. Does it happen while your RDM Website session is on a specific website?
  2. Were you encountering this issue before updating to 2025.3.1.1?
  3. If you open RDM from the terminal with the remotedesktopmanager command, do you see any output messages in the terminal when this happens?
  4. Can you please send us your System diagnostic (Help > System diagnostic) using the Copy button at the bottom of the window?

Hello Gabriel,
Thank You for your help with this. Attached is the system diagnostics log.

I have now tried relaunching from the terminal. I believe I have found what triggers this. I have two monitors and I think it is when I put focus on my browser on my second monitor and then try to return back to RDM on my primary monitor that the website session then freezes up in RDM. Unfortunately, nothing gets logged in the terminal.

In answer to your questions:

  1. I only have website entries but it looks like this can also happen if I have no entries open.
    1. Usually I have my own local instance of Open WebUI or Wger open when the issue happens.
  2. Yes, its been happening for the last few versions now, but is happening more frequently now.
  3. Nothing is written to the terminal
  4. Its attached.
