User is not displayed in a Group in Hub Business

Hello,

I have a user who is not displayed in a group in Hub Business, even though they are a member of the security group in Azure AD.

However, the permissions are not working because the Hub does not recognize them.

I have already added the user again. Do you have any advice for me?

Here are a few points that might help with this issue. Any additional details could also help us understand the source of the problem.

Can you confirm that you see your user in the user list?


Is the user logging in via single sign-on (SSO) or is it a Devolutions account?

Do you see any trace of the user in the group from the report?

Hi,

Thank you very much for your response.

The user is displayed normally in the users. He is logged in via Microsoft SSO.
He is also not in the group in the report, and the message “3 users have not yet accepted the invitation or have not been invited” is displayed.

I have sent the user a new invitation via the admin. I hope that will be enough, because the user is already working with the personal vault.

Or have you any other Ideas?
