Per-vault permission for viewing and restoring deleted entries

Currently, the permission to view and restore deleted entries is controlled globally via:
Administration → System permissions → Miscellaneous → Deleted entries
When set to Custom and an admin group is added, members of that group can view and restore deleted entries in all vaults where they are standard members.
Feature Request:
Add the ability to grant permissions to view and restore deleted entries per vault, so that only the designated admin group for a vault can manage deleted entries within that vault.
Use Case:
- Each vault has its own admin group.
- Admins should be able to recover deleted entries for their vault without gaining similar permissions in other vaults.

Hello,
Thank you for your request. We are currently working to review how we handle security in our system. We would like to be more granular in many places. I'm adding your request to all needs that we are trying to cover with our work. I don't have an ETA for that because all these changes are a lot of work, but we will see what can be done to improve that.
