Connections through Devolutions Gateway not working
I'm running RDM 2025.2.1.4 on Debian 13 Trixie with everything up to date.
When I try to connect to a resource that is configured to use Devolutions Gateway, I click on Open Session, and nothing at all happens. There is no error message, and no changes to the user interface at all.
If I try to connect to a resource that is not configured for Devolutions Gateway, it works as expected.
These resources all work normally in the Windows version of Devolutions Gateway. If I go to https://gateway:7171/jet/health, it reports alive and healthy. The TLS certificate on the gateway is current and trusted.
I can't find any logs from RDM to tell me what's going on. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to our forum. I can confirm that in RDM 2025 Linux versions connected to Hub Business, the Open Session button does not function when a Devolutions Gateway is bound to it. Our development team is currently working on a fix.
As a workaround, I suggest downgrading your RDM to version 2024.3.2.13, where this functionality is working.
I will inform you as soon as the fix is deployed.

This issue has been resolved, and the fix is available in the latest release of RDM (2025.3.0.8).
Please note that a database upgrade is required if you use SQL Server as your datasource.
