DVLS: 2025.2.10.0
Hi all
I tested about 1-2 Years ago with multiple Devolution Gateways in our Environment and removed/uninstalled them afterwards.
Since DVLS Update to 2025.2.x i receive daily the following Message:
But there is only one Gateway:
How im able to cleanup the old Gateways?

Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue. Could you please try reindexing the session recordings? You can find this option under Administration > System Settings > Recording Server. The Reindex button is located near the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.

When you removed the test Gateways (1-2 years ago), did you move the recordings to the current server?
Also, can you please tell me if you have any other error related to the re-indexation in the datasource log?

No, i did not delete any Recordings from the other Server. This must be done directly via DVLS Server in my Opinion (DB Cleanup of all related Recordings from deleted Gateways).
There are also no errors available in the Data source logs.
Im not sure why those Emails only arrives since several Weeks but not before. Maybe in the DVLS Backend something has been changed with new Updates?
