Teamviewer support on Linux

Hello jg,

We've tried to fully support the TeamViewer entry on RDM Linux, but the command-line parameters for TeamViewer are only supported on Windows and macOS, so we can't make it work on Linux.

Once they support it on Linux, we will be able to add it to our solution.
