Date information of the "IsEnabled" property change

Hello,

There is currently no way to know when a Devolution Server user has been enabled or disabled by an administrator.
The Get-DSUser only shows the LastLoginDate property.

I think it would be very useful to know that information in order to properly manage users and licenses in the application.
