Index Search throughout all vaults while offline

Hello,
we have a lot of technicans who work in the field, often in parts without internet connection.
So they use the offline mode a lot. But we encuntered a bit of an annoying issue with that. When working offline the search throughout all vaults doesn't work.
The problem is that we have quite a lot of vaults with quite a lot of customers (every costomer has it's own folder).
So a lot of times it is quite time consuming to find a costomer.
For that it would be great if there was something like an index search, that only browses through the first folder level (and also only returns the first folder level) and works offline throughout all vaults.

Thank you for the request. We're planning to rework the multi-vault search to leverage the "background vault sync" feature as well as our "engine" system. What this means for the end-user is that the multi-vault search will be quicker and support more features, including working while offline, provided you've loaded the vaults you need before going offline.

Hello Selina,
At the moment we don't have an exact date. My hope would be for our 2026.1 version if it can make it in our next roadmap, but it's a bit far in the future right now to tell.
