hi there

just started trying out your tool and looks good but i cannot seem to connect to my ec2 linux instances
where can i tell it which pem/ppk file to use?

Hi

Use a SSH Shell, there is a Private key tab to specify the ppk file

Let me know if that works for you

ok thanks that works - but can you fix it for putty (allow it to pass the ppk through to the auth part of the config)
i dont want to get used to a new shell... :(

Hi

For putty, it has its own registration system. You must define the connection using putty or pageant and link to it in the RDM session.

Distributing the putty sessions is easy by exporting/importing the appropriate registry branch.

We could push our putty integration further and create the registry key with the information held in RDM, but it hasnt been requested much by the community.
