Database backup file name date format to ISO

Hello.

It's a minor feature request, but it's annoying me a little everytime I check.

Would it be possible to set the file date to ISO format by default ? In my case they probably follow my locale settings, but for the filename, I don't want that.


I would like to see the filename like this: dvls_Database_YYYYMMDD_HHmmss.bak
