Possibility to change the inactivity logout time

The ability to change the inactivity logout time and toggle it on/off.
I use Remote Desktop Manager with my Devolution Hub Personal. It's really annoying to have to log in again every 30 minutes. Don't forget that in this case, the default browser is forced to open and takes center stage. This completely interrupts any work.
I ask you to give users the option to control this forced logout themselves.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. When you say you have to log in again, are you referring to the authorization screen where you are asked to "Authorize RDM"?

If that's the case, please follow these steps to suppress the prompt.

If instead you are going through the full sign-in process every 30 minutes, there shouldn't be an inactivity timeout set on Hub Personal. In that case, I would like to open a support ticket to investigate further.

Best regards,

Hi Jonathan,

Thank you for your quick response to my post.

Yes, I keep getting the authorization web page. Over and over again. It's very annoying.
I've already created a support ticket (00088170: Inactivity Logout Time).
I was told the following:
"As far as I know, it's currently not possible to change the inactivity logout time in Devolutions Hub Personal."
I was also suggested to create a feature request here in the forum, which I did.

I've now set the setting you suggested ("Enable connection to Devolutions account using the Authorization Code Flow"). I hope this helps.

I'll report back.

Best regards,
Michel
