Use Case:
I have vendors that log into select systems using an internal AD account. They will log into Devolutions using their Entra Federated account (their companies IDP). With Delinea, I would be able to rotate passwords daily, or after each use from the vendor.
Feature Request:
When the Vendor is first provisioned, I would like to be able to map a Delinea credential shared with the user to the user's "My Privileged Account" as all connections are configured to connect with this as their credentials. This prevents the vendor from having to map the account themselves and ensures they are all configured the same.
Hello,
This isn't supported right now and not in any plans so far. Have you considered using "Find in user vault" instead of "My Privileged Account" to get the credential from the user vault instead? You can send users a high priority message with the credentials. This will prompt the user on the first log in to save in their user vault. With that being said, even that cannot be auto-provisioned currently. It could maybe be done via PowerShell if we add the support of sending messages with attachments in PS.
Have a good day!

To clarify, the user would be able to add the credential from Delinea to their user vault from the Business Hub and not need RDM installed?
Hello,
It depends on what type of credential we are talking about. If it's a plain credential (username and password), sure, it's supported in the web without an RDM license. (To create the entry; not launching sessions)
If you are using these 4 entries, they are not supported in the web.
Furthermore, for those 4 Delinea entries, the option "find in user vault" is not yet available. It's something that we want to work on.
Let me know if this helps, have a good day!
