No entry displayed after upgrading to 2025.1.0.0.0 in Mac App Store

34e9d114-ecc3-4848-815b-8daef349aa95All entries come up with a question mark icon and a message saying “ConnectionType_null”.

When I tried to completely log out of the application and log back in, it tells me that I don't have access (when I really do have access). Via browser and browser plugin it works perfectly.

I am trying to download the old version but I get a 404 error.

Is there any ETA of the fix?
In case of no ETA, any chance to have the DMG of the previous version to get it working again?

Hi, the DMG seems to have this issue as well, we are currently working on it. It shouldn't take much time but in the meantime you can use the web interface to access your data. Once again sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, we found the problem, we fixed it and we are redeploying right now. You should be able to update the mac app store version in the next few hours to the version 2025.1.1.
