We would like to be able to delegate the addition or removal of users in a vault to our end users, on the same principle as for SharePoint, without having to define a vault owner, who would automatically give the vault administrator role to these users.
We plan to deploy your solution for more than 8000 users and we won't be able to dedicate IT staff to this management.
We do not want to use the PAM component to set up this delegation, as your support has proposed

Thank you for your request. That permission is delegated to vault owner because adding a user in a vault is not always enough, you have to be able to set what the user should be able to access in that vault. Let's say a user has access to a few folders in a vault. If he gives access to that vault to a new user, what do you expect the new user to have access ? The same thing as the user who gave access ?
But I understand from your message that giving vault owner is not an option. Could you explain a bit more your use case why giving that role to a user is not possible ?
