Problem adding new entry with password or updating password of existing entry

I'm having trouble creating a new entry with a password, or even updating the password of an old entry in the Devolutions Hub.

No error is displayed on the screen, and although the "Add" or "Update" buttons are enabled, they do nothing.

If I remove the password from the entry, I can save or update without any problems.

I'm on version: 2025.1.1.3197

Using the Devtools on the page I can see the error below:

In both cases, would it be possible to head under Administration > Password templates and confirm what is configured there?

After some testing, it looks like the issue is with the Custom characters of the Password Template.é Could you try removing them and test again?

The problem only occurred with web access, we had no problem with RDM.

After removing the custom characters from the template, the problem did not happen again.

Thank you very much for your support, could you tell me why this was happening? We have been using this template for a long time without any problems.

You can configure these characters as long as you are using a different order like: ,_- or -_,
