I am using Devolutions Server and I want to create a paper backup copy of all my accounts and passwords. It isn't clear how to open up a .rdm file or is there another way how to produce a CSV with account, name, password.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Devolutions Support.

It is possible to export the entry as a CSV file if you have access to RDM. Simply connect to the data source and go to File -> Export -> Export Vault (.csv).

If you don’t have access to RDM, please let us know, and we will explore what we can do to assist you.
