We use Devolutions Server in conjunction with RDPManager Teams to store all the Logins and Credentials from our customers.
Now it would be really great if sometimes we could grant a customer access to a specific entry so they can paste in the credentials.
I know there is Devolutions Send but for a lot of customers it would look better, if they could open up a website with our Domain and Logo to share such vital informations.
Is there anything like this available or am I missing something with regards to Devolutions Send that would make this possbile?
Hello,
Thank you for your request. If I understand correctly, you would like your customer to be able to access Devolutions Server and get a temporary access on a specific entry, am I right ? It is something possible today. You can grant a user for temporary access. By default, you can give View Password or Execute, but you can also give a permission set that will allow your user to have all permissions that you want to give him. Here is documentation on how to use it : https://docs.devolutions.net/server/web-interface/temporary-access/grant-temporary-access-without-request/
Let me know if that help
Best regards,
