Hi!
We're evaluating the functions in RDM in combination with DVLS though are holding the trigger as we're experiencing issues with authentication.
Every 5 minutes or so the session gets terminated, ignoring any active task you're currently at, and asking you to reauthenticate.
We have activated Entra SSO though we've also created DVLS-users, same issue there.
We've increased session and idle times in DVLS without any success.

Our development team were able to find the root of the issue and this should be fixed in the next version of Devolutions Server 2024.3.10.0.
When the version is released, we would appreciate it if you could upgrade your environment and test if the issue is still present on your side.

Hello! Unfortunately the issue persists, without any (that we can find) log entries for troubleshooting - it simply just reloads the page and re-authenticates and kicks you back to the starting page.
Server cache has been cleared after the update.

Would it be possible to verify under Administration > Server Settings > Advanced what is configured for the idle logout and token lifetime?
Is this happening both on the web interface and Remote Desktop Manager client?

Absolutely; 
Correct, both are affected. The RDM client seizes for a bit until it realizes that the credentials are "outdated" and redirects to web login.

Is it possible that you have a token lifetime inside Azure that might be affecting the Devolutions Server?
Also have you noticed if timeout is consistent and how log do you have between each logout?
