Scheduled Report Not Sent

Hi,

We would like to send a regular report on the expired entries and have created a scheduled report for this purpose.
If we trigger this manually via “send now” in the Devolutions Server web interface, it is also sent.
But not at the scheduled time.

What is the best way to troubleshoot this? We have also checked that the scheduler service is running within Windows.

DVLS version: 2024.1.13.0

Do you have relevant error messages in the DVLS Logs?

Have you tried restarting the Devolutions Scheduler service?

Hi,

we have checked the logs using Devolutions Server Console and there is no error message or even a debug message at the time the report was scheduled.

I just tested this on my side and I was able to get the scheduled report working correctly on the latest version of Devolutions Server (2024.3.9.0).

Would you be able to upgrade your Devolutions Server to the current or last stable version?

Hi,

yes, the Devolutions Scheduler service is installed and running on the machine where DVLS is hosted
Of course, we can update to the latest version and do so regularly.
However, as we manage a very large production environment, it would have been nice if the issue could also be resolved on the existing version.

Hello,

Since the Last Stable version moved to the 2024.2 version, our development team stopped releasing new revisions of the 2024.1 version. So we prefer to for you to upgrade your Devolutions Server and RDM to the latest or last stable version so that we can troubleshoot a version where if we encounter a bug, our development team can release a fix on the next revision.

I understand that upgrading a large environment take some planning and it can have a big impact on users, but if you prefer to be assisted with the upgrade, I can open a case for you and we can schedule a session together to do the upgrade.
