user/group targeting for 'Force application password on RDM'

Hello,

Currently the setting for 'Force application password on RDM' can only be enabled globally, and it applies to both RDM and Launcher.

In deployments where there are a broad set of business and IT users with varying degrees of access to information within the data source, its not allways necessary to require an application password.

Similarly, as Launcher effectively has read-only access to connections, there are some scenarios where an application password is unnecessary.

Could you enable a way to target enforcement of the application password to specific users and/or groups please?
