Hello,
Would it be possible to support Launcher on MacOS and Linux pls?
Thanks
Joe
Hello,
This is not something that we plan on our short-term or mid-term roadmap. It's a huge effort for now.

Hi David,
Thanks for the quick reply. While I can appreciate this request being a lower priority due to limited current demand, its worth noting that this capability could potentially result in attracting customers wishing to leverage DVLS and/or Hub for non-administrative users who only require a few connections for which an RDM licence would be overkill. Customers using other technologies to accomodate remote access (or WFH) for regular users may be enticed to consider Devolutions Launcher along with Gateway if it can accomodate users with personal Mac or Linux devices.
No doubt there is some work involved, however Launcher appears to be a slimmed down version of RDM, for which there are allready variants for MacOs and Linux, so it may be doable without excessive effort. Perhaps an alternate approach would be to consolidate the RDM and Launcher products into one, and licence via 2 tiers of functionality (i.e. read-only vs writable).

Hello,
Indeed, if we can do it as we have done it on Windows, it could be possible.
