Web client button not available in Hub when gateway setting configured using RDM

Hello,

Using RDM 2024.3.13 with Hub Business. When we enabling an RDP entry to use a Devolutions Gateway, if the change is made using RDM, the web client connection in Hub browser based UI is greyed out and says 'gateway not available to user', however if editing the same entry using Web UI to 'update' to the identical settings, results in the web client button being enabled. Doesn't appear to be a gateway licence or user assignment issue, because works fine once enabled using Web UI.

Please let me know if you would like any additional info.

Would you be able to update to the latest version of RDM 2024.3.15.0 and let us know if this problem persists?

Hi Samuel,

Behaviour is the same with RDM 2024.3.15. Can see changes to other properties modified with RDM (such as hostname) reflected in the Hub UI, but the web connect button wont show as enabled until the connection properties are viewed in Web UI and Update button clicked without making any changes.
