Access user vault for another account
Suppose a team member has stored some credentials in their user vault, then left the company. Is there a way for an administrator to access their user vault via either DVLS web UI or remote desktop manager, or is the only way to access a user vault is to log in as that user (i.e. reactivate and reset their credentials, set up MFA, etc)?

We have improved our solution to cover those situations in our latest version, 2024.3. When you delete a user, it is now possible to retrieve the user's vault. I see. We're currently on 2024.2.6.0; I will look into upgrading to 2024.3.
