  • Does the issue occur consistently every time you try to send a secure email, or is it intermittent?

  • Additionally, could you check if there's a full stack trace available in the datasource logs? This information would be very helpful for our investigation.

it is every time when a try to send the email or create a shared link

no specific steps, i am creating the email and pres send when i pres send the error pops up same with the shared link

no change to invironment only the update from devolutions to the latste version 2024.3.3.0

no log entry's are made to data source log with normal login enabled

other browser didn't work

incoginito mode works.

Cleared all cache didn't work (including cookies)

i did some testing when changed the function Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode to Block third-party cookies it works again

when switch back to Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode en refresh the page it is broking again

turn it to Block third-party cookies and refresh it works again
