I seem to not be able to find this config for this feature, can you point ime in that direction?

In DVLS, you can set the Mode to Required in your recording settings. See this documentation page: https://docs.devolutions.net/server/web-interface/administration/configuration/system-settings/configure-recording-server/
This option exists since much earlier versions of DVLS, but Devolutions Gateway is now able to enforce this policy by killing the session if the recording stream is stopped.
Note that DVLS is not enabling the option yet and that we found a bug related to it that is fixed in Devolutions Gateway 2024.3.1.0. I’ll link this thread to our internal ticket about DVLS.
